Vestas India to deploy Entercoms Adaptive Planning Services across India

Entercoms announces the availability of ServiceNet 3.0, the avant-garde solution in the service chain market. ServiceNet 3.0 is an enterprise solution that manages all aftermarket and service needs of a medium size or large company. Alfa Laval chooses Installed Base Management services from Entercoms

Entercoms, which has provided Alfa Laval (India) with ServiceNet Field Service Management system about a year and a half ago, recently expanded its horizon by entering into a managed services agreement with Alfa Laval (India) to create, maintain and utilize Installed Base data for realization of the marketing objective of “affording primacy to the customers’ requirements”.
