Nitin Ahuja, Chief Executive Officer

Nitin Ahuja has over 20 years of experience in technology and the enterprise software application industry. He started his career at Xerox, leading one of the first successful engineering outsourcing projects to India. In 1995, he founded Anavidere, once of the first companies to use the ASP model, providing hosted warehouse management software to small and mid-sized businesses. After its aquisition by a leading provider of warehouse management applications, Nitin founded ECMi in 2001 to develop applications for collaborative performance management in supply chains. As ECMi expanded to meet its partners' demands for custom enterprise application development and delivery services, this soon became a major focus for the company and the genesis of Entercoms.

Rahul Singh, Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Rahul Singh has over 15 years of experience in supply chain management, consulting and product marketing. Prior to Entercoms, Rahul held program management, product marketing and consulting positions at i2 Technologies, where he worked with a diverse group of Fortune 500 companies in Hi-Tech, Retail, CPG and Automotive industries, including IBM, Dell, HP, Toshiba, VF Corp and Caterpillar. Over his career, Rahul has driven productization, commercialization and marketing of a number of technologies, including supply chain management for fashion goods, B2B collaboration, and aftermarket/service chain management. Rahul holds a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a PhD from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Lance Johnson, VP of Account Management and Operations

Lance Johnson has over 15 years of experience in After Market Service Support industry. Prior to joining Entercoms Lance was the Global Supply Planning Director at Sun Microsystems where he ran a global planning organization, led process and systems improvements in various Global Supply Chain initiatives, and drove significant process efficiencies through the use of Sigma and other tools. His previous experience came from Exabyte Corporation where he was responsible for the Services Repair Organization. His duties included management of the Process Engineering, Repair and Configuration Management. His major win was implementing a Just in Time repair operation which allowed him to reduce his staff by 30% and reduce his finish goods inventory by 50%. He started his career as a Member of the Technical Staff at Hughes Aircraft Company. He quickly found his passion in the area of Total Quality Management and has applied his learning in all of his positions. Lance is a member of the Reliability Engineering Symposiums, TQM symposiums and a frequent speaker at several Interlog Symposiums. Lance also has a passion around coaching youth sports, specifically football and basketball.

Rob Ianni, VP of Global Sales

Rob Ianni has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management in the computer software industry. Over that time, he has had successful tenures with Computer Associates, Goal Systems, Platinum Technology and Mobius Management. Most recently he was with IBM, through the acquisition of Ascential Software, where he ran the Southwest U.S. Business Unit's Information Platform and Solutions sales team. Revenues tripled during his tenure where he turned a low producing region into the top performing region for IBM in the IPS Brand. He has had experience with systems management, data warehousing, data integration, data base utility, master data management, and enterprise application solutions as well as in marketing services to support those offerings.

Pulin Kumar, Director of Business Process Outsourcing

Pulin Kumar has over 14 years of experience in finance, software and business process outsourcing (BPO). He has held a number of technical and team leadership roles at companies including Accenture, Infonox and Wipro, where he has been recognized multiple times for technical and managerial excellence. Pulin holds a B. Com. and an MBA from Pune University.

Vasu Ramanujam, Director of Business Development and Human Resources

Vasu Ramanujam has over 24 years of managerial experience in manufacturing and software development in India. He has the unique combination of technical, leadership and entrepreneurial skills necessary to build, grow and sustain software development teams. He has prior experience with Alfa Laval, a Swedish multinational; Tigrsoft (later acquired by Matrikon); Seacom, a provider of retail software; and CCTechSchool, a provider of e-learning solutions. He holds a B. Tech. and an M. Tech. from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE) in Mumbai, India.
