Rohit Bhayana

Rohit is a founding member and Managing Partner at Lumis, and has strong experience in scaling up Global Services Businesses. In his last assignment as the CEO of Genpact Software, he was responsible for 40X business growth in three years. Rohit is a postgraduate from the London School of Economics and has performed several global roles in GE's $3B IT set up across functions like Global Outsourcing, ERP Standardization, Vendor Performance Management, Establishment of Shared Services, and developing China & Mexico as an alternative delivery center for GE's Business Continuity Planning initiative.

Leveraging on his past experience of building new business, new services, new markets and deploying innovative technology solutions, Rohit continues to use his excellent customer management skills along with a vast network of CXOs across supplier and customer organizations. Inspired by the privilege of working with some of the best global leaders, he has evolved an aggressive yet people-friendly style of building and managing diverse and global businesses.

Through his vast network of professionals globally, along with some of the most well known names in the industry as his mentor, Rohit brings in tremendous perspective to build new business and achieve rapid scale up. His ability to carry his team along has resulted in a large pool of professionals committed to his leadership.

Rohit has been recognized for his outstanding contribution to GE's Information Management initiatives worldwide and has been one of the youngest leaders to be on global steering committees deciding GE's IM strategy from time to time.

Lalit Aggarwal

Lalit is a Senior Partner and CFO with Lumis. He is responsible for the entire transaction execution process both from a financial as well as legal standpoint. He also is the Operating Executive to support investee firms in their financial, commercial and controllership processes as well as in M&A. Lalit has more than 15 years experience across key functions like M&A, Valuation, Financial Analysis, Financial & Business Due Diligence, Contract Negotiation, Capital Syndication & Structuring, etc. He has held senior positions with leading organizations like SRF Finance, PWC, HCL Comnet, and Genpact. Lalit is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost & Works accountants of India.

Combining his comprehensive knowledge of financial systems & processes with an attitude of 'making business happen', he has been successful in improving accountability, controllership and profitability while supporting strong top line growth of the businesses he has been with. He uses his excellent financial management skills to evaluate the investment propositions, Valuation for companies, and has negotiated on investments and raising funds.

Lalit has been recognized for his exemplary performance & contribution to Genpact when he critically enabled the business in getting out of losses while the P&L was achieving more than 100% year on year growth.
