Nitin Ahuja is the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Entercoms. He began his career at Xerox, where he led one of the first successful engineering outsourcing projects to India. He soon recognized the opportunity for well-managed onshore/offshore models, and with his entrepreneurship he embarked on newer ventures.
In 1995, Nitin founded Anavidere Technologies and refined the business model of offshore product development combined with US-based implementation and support services. Anavidere was one of the first companies to use the ASP model, providing hosted warehouse management solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Its innovative, hosted services model and the value of the additional solutions it offered led to acquisition by a leading provider of warehouse management applications.
Nitin then founded ECMi in 2001 to develop solutions for collaborative performance management in supply chains. As ECMi expanded to meet its partners’ demands for custom enterprise application development and delivery services, this soon became a major focus for the company and the genesis of Entercoms.
Nitin has over 20 years of experience in technology and the enterprise software application industry. He has a B.S. in mathematics and physics from Pune University and an MBA from the Institute of Management Development and Research, Pune, India.

Dr. Rahul Singh is the co-founder, and Chief Strategy Officer of Entercoms. He is a recognized leader in the supply chain industry and has over 15 years of experience conceptualizing, designing, building and implementing innovative solutions.
At Entercoms, Rahul is responsible for strategy and creating service-oriented delivery solutions for the next generation of supply and service chain applications and the components that extend and optimize them.
Prior to joining Entercoms, Rahul held senior program management and product marketing roles at i2 Technologies, where he worked with a large number of Fortune 500 companies in the high-tech, retail, consumer packaged goods and automotive industries. These customers included IBM, Dell, HP, Toshiba, VF Corporation and Caterpillar.
Rahul has contributed to product innovations in areas such as business intelligence, enterprise performance management, business-to-business collaboration and demand fulfillment. Some of his key innovations include a high-performance order-by-order planning system for use in the fashion goods and consumer packaged goods industries, and patterns for single and multi-tier collaboration between buyers and suppliers in the hi-tech industry.
Rahul has published articles in professional journals and conferences on the economics of product line design. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in mechanical engineering and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur, India, and a Ph. D. in operations management from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
Chief Commercial Officer
Michael Smith is the Chief Commercial Officer of Entercoms. He brings more than two decades of experience in managing manufacturing, distribution and After-sales service businesses while in leadership roles at Foxconn and Motorola. At Entercoms, Michael is responsible for commercial strategy, business development and sales.
Previously, Michael was Vice President and General Manager of Aftermarket services for Foxconn International Holdings (FIH), where he was responsible for the start-up and transformation of a new line of business for the company. During his tenure, FIH aftermarket services business exceeded revenue growth expectations while improving profitability and operation efficiencies.
He previously served as a Vice President and General Manager for FIH’s Mexico manufacturing and distribution plant after its acquisition from Motorola. Prior to FIH, Michael worked for Motorola in a variety of operations, engineering and plant management roles.
Michael earned his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida.
Gavin began his career at General Semiconductor in Ireland where he held position in production supervision before joining the procurement function as a buyer and kicking off his career in supply chain management. Gavin spent the next 5 years managing planning and procurement for the Company’s silicon wafer fabrication operations before assuming overall procurement responsibility for Ireland. In 2001, Gavin joined Flextronics to learn the EMS business, spending until 2005 in supply chain management roles for the manufacturing division of the Company in western and northern Europe.
In early 2006, Gavin transitioned to the Services division of Flextronics where he ran Global Supply Chain for 27 operations across the three major geo’s responsible for transportation, planning and procurement across the divisions forward logistics, postponement, reverse logistics and repair operations – in the process overseeing the integration of Supply Chain management for the Solectron Global Services group in late 2007. Gavin joined the Entercoms team in 2012 to lend his experience to scaling Global Operations and Program Management for our next layers of growth as well as to establish European Operations.
Gopalakrishnan VK (Gopal) is the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Partner Business at Dallas-based Entercoms Inc. He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry providing business services, consulting, IT and business process. In his prior leadership roles with IT and business process organizations, he has created new business units in the logistics and aftermarket space. His industry expertise stems from his work with global industrial and auto companies, Big Four consulting, and his involvement in creating a technology IP start up. Gopal is a recipient of the “2013 Pros to Know award” from Supply & Demand Chain Executive (SDCE), USA. He also serves actively on global forums such as Arizona State University's Center for Services Leadership (Board), Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (Past President), and the Confederation of Indian Industry (Logistics council). In addition to being a mechanical engineer, he holds a master’s degree in business administration and is trained and certified on Lean, Six Sigma, Deming Principles and Strategic Marketing.

Lance Johnson has over 15 years of experience in After Market Service Support. Prior to joining Entercoms, Lance was the Global Supply Planning Director at Sun Microsystems, where he ran a global planning organization, led process and systems improvements in various Global Supply Chain initiatives, and drove significant process efficiencies through the use of Six Sigma and other tools. His previous experience came from Exabyte Corporation, where he was responsible for the Services Repair Organization. His duties included management of Process Engineering and Repair and Configuration Management. A major win was implementing a Just in Time repair operation which reduced staff by 30% and finished goods inventory by 50%. Lance started his career as a Member of the Technical Staff at Hughes Aircraft Company, where he quickly found his passion in the area of Total Quality Management, which he has applied in all of his positions. Lance is a member of the Reliability Engineering Symposium, TQM symposium and a frequent speaker at several Interlog Symposiums. He also has a passion around coaching youth sports, specifically football and basketball.
Rajnesh Kumar has over 14 years of functional experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations and Consulting. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies in EMEA, APAC and the US in the Hi-Tech, Automotive, Industrial and Retail sectors, where he was instrumental in providing strategic operations excellence to delivery teams with a focus on system/process reengineering and inventory optimization for companies including Oracle, GE Oil and Gas, KONE, NACCO, Honda, Tata Motors, and Bennett and Coleman. Prior to joining Entercoms, Rajnesh worked with Integrated Retail and RPG Retail, where he was actively engaged in consulting projects and managing retail operations. Rajnesh holds a MBA in Marketing and Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune.
Shri is a forward-thinking, pioneering leader with over 20 years experience in the corporate world and startups. He has held leadership positions at Nortel, Cyneta Networks, MobileTop, Motorola and Siemens. Most recently at Nortel, he lead the wireless services business and grew it to 300M, He founded Cyneta Networks and sold to Inet, now Tektronix. He is a member of the Industry Advisory board of UT Arlington and serves as an advisor to various start-ups.
His career has encompassed diverse leadership roles in marketing, product management, services lifecycle management and technology operations. He has been a speaker at international and national events, promoting new technologies and processes.
Shri has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Bombay, an MS in Computer Science from Minnesota State University and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal. He holds multiple patents in the high tech industry.
Vasu Ramanujam has over 26 years of managerial experience in manufacturing, software development and implementation and business development in India. He has the unique combination of technical, leadership and entrepreneurial skills necessary to build, grow and sustain successful teams. He has prior experience with Alfa Laval, a Swedish multinational; TigrSoft (later acquired by Matrikon); Seacom, a provider of retail software; and CCTechSchool, a provider of e-learning solutions. He holds Bachelor of Technology and Master of Technology degrees from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering(NITIE) in Mumbai, India.
Waseem Shaik has over 12 years of experience in Software Product/Project Management and Business Process Improvement, focusing on Supply Chain/Service Chain Processes for Fortune Global 500 clients across the USA, Europe, Far East and Middle East. Prior to joining Entercoms, Waseem worked at i2 Technologies, Aregon and Maxil Technology Solutions, where he successfully managed multiple supply chain software implementations, redesigned supply chain processes and supported business launch operations for customers in various industry verticals. Waseem holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Madras, and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

With over 14 years of experience in Finance, Prashant is the Senior Director of Finance at Entercoms. He has significant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, International Transfer Pricing, International Taxation, Working Capital, Treasury & Forex Management. A Commerce graduate from Delhi University, Prashant is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds Masters in Business Finance.
